At the heart of Mindfulness Meditation Toronto are our program leaders: family physician, Miroslava Lhotsky, and clinical psychologist and psychoanalyst, Judy Turner. With this unique team of experienced doctors, participants know that they are in good hands when it comes to their physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Combined expertise helps people improve their well-being
Before founding Mindfulness Meditation Toronto, Doctors Lhotsky and Turner had developed strong synergy as authors of the bestselling books, The Healthy Boomer and The Juggling Act. Their combined strengths in the fields of medicine and psychoanalytic psychology, as well as the personal rapport they have with participants, are what make them highly sought-after keynote presenters, coaches and workshop leaders.
From their work in midlife health as directors of The Toronto Midlife Health Institute, Drs Lhotsky and Turner have broadened their focus to look at the patterns of stress for people of all ages, including students, new mothers, midlife professionals, the retired and the elderly.
Through their professional study and personal exploration they have found that mindfulness meditation is one of the best researched and most user-friendly tools for reducing the negative effects of stress, recovering personal balance and renewing one’s joie de vivre!
